At MeNeow, we’re committed to getting your cat’s favourites to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, MeNeow is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. MeNeow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
